Fabio Antonello,
Founder and CEO of FA Consulting & Coaching
Prior to founding the organization in 2009, Fabio served as Manager and Executive for over fifteen years. He was also Board Member in two international organizations.
Fabio graduated with a Professional Diploma in Management, an MBA and an MSc in International Finance & Management from The Open University Business School-OUBS, UK. He completed an Executive Marketing Program at the Institute for Management Development-IMD, CH. Additionally, he obtained a CAS in Sports Management from the Swiss Graduate School of Public Administration-IDHEAP, CH. Motivated by human development and interpersonal relations, he has recently been awarded a Certificate for Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching (AoEC) and a Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching from Barefoot Coaching Ltd and the University of Chester. He has also completed the Ethics at Work programme with the Centre for Continuing Professional Development at The Open University, UK.

As a Founding Partner, Sarah currently works as assistant to the CEO.
Parallel to this, as a qualified English Language trainer and coach, she runs General and Business English courses (for adults, teenagers and children.)
TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language), TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages).
and CertIBET (Certificate in International Business English).
In addition the English language department offers a comprehensive range of exam preparation courses including Cambridge FCE, CAE, CPE and IELTS, and Business English/TOEIC.
