This workshop looks at:
- Why diets don’t work
 - Why becoming healthier doesn’t need to be complicated
 - How little everyday tweaks can help us to live healthier and lose weight in the process
 
We will cover issues such as;
- Beliefs and understanding of health
 - The weight loss journey
 - Self confidence
 - Procrastination and prioritising.
 - Goal setting, planning and achieving
 
This workshop also covers:
- Awareness of the present situation
 - Understanding obstacles
 - Exploration of new approaches or reinforcement of existing lifestyles
 - How to achieve clarity and direction
 - Some science into dieting and why diets don’t work for everyone
 - The assessment of change, commitment and motivation
