This workshop looks at:

  • Why diets don’t work
  • Why becoming healthier doesn’t need to be complicated
  • How little everyday tweaks can help us to live healthier and lose weight in the process

We will cover issues such as;

  • Beliefs and understanding of health
  • The weight loss journey
  • Self confidence
  • Procrastination and prioritising.
  • Goal setting, planning and achieving

This workshop also covers:

  • Awareness of the present situation
  • Understanding obstacles
  • Exploration of new approaches or reinforcement of existing lifestyles
  • How to achieve clarity and direction
  • Some science into dieting and why diets don’t work for everyone
  • The assessment of change, commitment and motivation
